Quotation:
1. Any price quotation shall only remain open for acceptance 30 days from its date unless we extend the time for acceptance. We shall have the right to correct any clerical error appearing on the face of any quotation

2. Unless otherwise stated, pricing includes on-site measurement, manufacturing, supply, delivery, and installation, based on one (1) on-site measurement and one (1) installation visit.

3. All prices are subject to a 10% goods and services tax.
 

4. All / any remaining material after the installation of the project remains the property of the

Seller unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

Measurement & Installation:

5. Call out fee may apply when the Client’s fail to ensure cabinets are in position, responsible to the site for which works will be undertaken shall be prepared with cabinets installed, level and straight. Fixed and level with all appliances such as sinks and hotplates onsite and substrates screwed down from underneath (where applicable).

6. All goods will remain the property of GX stone until the Client has paid all the amounts owing for the scope of works described. 

7. Gx stone reserves the right to refuse any works should it deem necessary.

8. Gx stone will process orders after receipt of 30% deposit. . Any deposit received will be granted as approval to proceed with manufacturing and acceptance of Terms and Conditions. Order will manufactured within 10-12 business days subject to the scope of works within the project. Lead times may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and Gx stone has the right to change expected install dates. Client will be notified immediately of any delay in production. The expected installation date will be confirmed upon completion of manufacturing.

9. Where goods are delivered with installation the balance invoices are due strictly on completion.

10. For out of level/ inclination and incorrect cabinet base, additional time on site will be charged. If require second installation,  payment of these charges must be made in full prior to GX stone returning to site.

11. The price of natural stone is subject to specific supplier and material availability at the time of quoting.
