TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
1. Any price quotation shall only remain open for acceptance 30 days from its date unless we extend the time for acceptance. We shall have the right to correct any clerical error appearing on the face of any quotation

2. Unless otherwise stated, pricing includes on-site measurement, manufacturing, supply, delivery, and installation, based on one (1) on-site measurement and one (1) installation visit.

3. All prices are subject to a 10% goods and services tax.

​

4. Gx stone reserves the right to refuse any works should it deem necessary. 

​

5. Gx stone will process orders after receipt of 30% deposit. Any deposit received will be granted as approval to proceed with manufacturing and acceptance of Terms and Conditions.

6. Where goods are delivered with installation the balance invoices are due strictly on completion. 

​

7. Due to unforeseen circumstances, lead times may be subject to change and, GX stone has the right to change expected install dates, and notified client immediately.
